Roll the neck tightly towards the front of the waterproof bag until the hook and loop fastener strips meet, ensuring the quick access release loop is still accessible.
Connect the clips at each end and across the top of the duffel bag and pull straps to securely fasten and create a waterproof seal.
Disconnect the clips at each end and across the top of the waterproof duffel bag.
Hold the front carry handle in one hand and the quick access release loop in the other. Pull apart for easy access to the waterproof bag.
