HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders received before 11:30am (CST), Mon to Fri will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed on public holidays, weekends and after 11:30am (CST) on Fridays will be dispatched on the following working day.

Delivery Options:

  • Standard Delivery - (5 to 7 business days): $5.95
  • Express Delivery - Please email support@overboard.com with your delivery address for a quote.

If your delivery is delayed, please check your tracking information for the latest updates. Occasionally, delays may occur due to courier issues or local disruptions.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY?

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging.
