Returns Policy & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any merchandise in a new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt, for a full credit, refund, or exchange, but first you MUST send an e-mail to sales@over-board.com with your intent, before you return the merchandise.

We will then e-mail you back with a Return Authorization Number that you must apply to the outside of the package before you return the shipment.

Products not in a new and unused condition are not eligible for return. Product returned without prior return authorizations or without noted return authorization numbers are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Original freight charges, and your return freight costs, are not refundable unless required due to a product manufacturing defect.

What If My OverBoard Product Is Faulty?

In the odd event that one of our products arrives faulty or develops, please either email a photo of the fault with a short description to sales@over-board.com or send the item back to us using the exact same steps as above and we will test your product to determine the exact reason for the fault. If this reason turns out to be a manufacturing fault then we will send you out a brand new replacement.

We will endeavour to come back to you with a result as soon as we can.
